E-Waste will hold a free recycling event for your non-profit organization, school, PTA, church, City or business. We are a great addition to any event you are holding. Just call us and we will help to make your event a success!

COORDINATING EVENTS
1. Customer assigns an area for the recycler to collect equipment.2. We will arrive 1 hour prior to show time with all materials, manpower and signage for the event.
3. We will remain for the entire scheduled event time.
4. We are responsible for the cleanup of the area after the event.
5. We will have accurate weights and must generate a scale ticket from a DOT certified scale.
6. Our personnel will have uniforms to clearly identify that they are event personnel and will conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
7. On-site certificates of recycling are available upon request.
The Greener Look Program
1. We are incorporated in the state of Arizona and in good standing with the Arizona corporation commission.
2. We are R2/RIOS compliant and be able to demonstrate a complaint process flow. A responsible recycler should also be a member of the AZRC, ISRI and/or BAN
3. We have passed numerous environmental health and safety audits and are compliant with environmental health and safety regulations.
4. We provide full disclosure of all downstream recyclers used and insure that they meet all applicable environmental health and safety regulations.
5. We have documented all processes and procedures for both recycling and material reconciliation per RIOS guidelines.
6. We utilize a DOD 5220-22M compliant drive sanitization process and drive destruction process.
7. We carry a minimum of 2 million dollars in general liability insurance, 5 million in excess coverage in an effort to provide you the greatest protection available. A Responsible recycler should also be willing to issue certificates of recycling and indemnification.
